REGISTRATION
Note the registration form for Exhibitors and Staff is now available online at www.spwla.org
As exhibitor, you are eligible for 1-Exhibitor pass (free) per booth space and 1-Staff pass (small charge) per booth space.
All charges for the staff pass are noted on the exhibitor registration form you can access via the above link.
General Information
Each single booth is equipped with 2 spot lights, 1 x 500W 2amp socketper stand, 1 table and 2 chairs.
Maximum height for materiel to exhibit is 3.2m
Height under fascia is 2.15m
ACCESS to the main Hall
For building company access will be on Saturday from 12noon to 8pm and Sunday from 8am
Note Individual exhibitors will only be able to access the main hall for installation from
SUNDAY 25th MAY
from 2 pm. If you need and early access, please let me know
